Grab a ripened pineapple and cut the top off like you normally would.
Turn the pineapple upside down and place it, cut side down, on a plate.
Cover the entire pineapple with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and let it sit for two to three days. The juices from the bottom of the plant will trickle down through the fruit and develop the flavor of the entire pineapple even more!
Once you’ve waited long enough, cut it into big chunks. Now you’ve got one sweet treat!
